Jeffrey E. Elliott graduated from the University of Santa Clara, Law School with a JD in 1982 and was sworn in as a member of the state bar 1984.
Mr. Jeffrey E Elliott furthered his education by obtaining a certificate of Achievement obtained by the Federal Trial Practice Program. He also successfully obtained two certificates of Completion from the Hastings College of Advocacy through the University of San Francisco in approximately the early 1990s during the period of time barrister Elliott advocated for indigenous clients as an advocate for the poor and downtrodden charged by the government with criminal violations . Advocate Elliott’s experience and training at the public defender’s office was rigorous, disciplined and intense. For example, conducting back to back jury trials for approximately eight weeks.
At the Kern county public defender’s office attorney Elliott developed, honed, refined effective and competent jury trial skills.
The addition of effective jury trial skills was coupled with Mr. Jeffrey Elliott’s competent negotiation skills based in practical life career experience and training allows him to rise to the level of effective attorney and counselor for the defense.
